A SHARED COMMUNITY CONVERSTION ADVANCING ASPIRATIONAL MASDCULINITY AND LINKING THE SOCIAL ECOSYSTEM THROUGH COMMON LANGUAGE AND GOALS, TEACHING EXCELLENCE AND ADVANCEMENT THROUGH THE ASPIRE SOCIAL ECOSYSTEM

The Aspire Social Ecosystem identifies and activates the integration and interdependence of the four sectors of the ecosystem and uses the occasion of transition to advance a sustainable discussion.
Ø K-12 prepares students for higher education (and the workplace)
Ø Higher Education prepares students for the workplace (and families & communities)
Ø The Workplace is comprised of parents and community members
Ø Families and Communities are integrated and interdependent on the other three sectors
Teaching Excellence
The Aspirational Masculinity model focuses on helping boys and men live in AWE (authentic, whole and evolving lives). This means teaching excellence in oneself and our ability to positively contribute to the ecosystem.
Teaching Advancement
Aspirational Masculinity applies in each sector of the ecosystem but the expectations as an individual or ally evolve through the ecosystem. Teaching advancement is preparing for those transitions. Teaching advancement also asks participants to consider themselves as translators of a sustainable conversation.
